Extended Community Calling (ECC) is a calling plan that allows customers to call people in adjacent telephone exchanges as well as people within 15 miles, without paying normal long distance charges. These calls are considered to be local and cost $.05 per minute. ECC calls are bulk billed on your bill showing total minutes used at $.05 per minute.
